Orie joined MGI in late 2004 as part of the opening staff of the Silicon Valley Office. Since that time, she has supported MGI executives, Investment Directors, and other office staff with administrative and human resource related matters. From 2013 on, Orie expanded her responsibilities to include accounting related duties as well as contributing to a wide range of office administration. Her goal is to make the office a comfortable and enjoyable “home” for the whole team, a goal that has remained constant since her day 1 at MGI.

Prior to MGI, she worked at a commercial bank in Japan as a customer service representative. She believes her integrity and precise and respectful style of work is founded in her 5 years of thorough training to give unwavering attention to each customer.

Orie traveled to many countries on vacation and at same time was building a professional career in Japan that encouraged her to move to U.S. for study.

She still enjoys traveling very much now with her family and likes to find tasty treats and restaurants when she is not watching her son’s soccer games over the weekend.
