A team player at heart, Caroline always strives to find the best in others, and is passionate about helping teams of diverse backgrounds and interests come together to achieve challenging goals. She hopes this comes across in her work at MGI to enhance our web presence, bring on useful tech platforms, and source and analyze investment opportunities. One space Caroline is especially excited about is digital health. She sees it as a fantastic way to bridge the gap between home and clinic to help both healthcare professionals and patients collaborate more easily to facilitate better health.
Caroline has worked at MGI since 2010. Prior to MGI, she walked the floors of New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. (NUMMI), the car manufacturing plant now home to Tesla. She enjoyed the lively atmosphere and spent her time translating and interpreting between the Toyota and GM team members. Before that, she worked as a tour guide at the Intel Museum at the Intel HQ in Santa Clara.
Caroline received her BA in Japanese and Spanish from Stanford University, and cherished her time there both as a student and athlete for the women’s soccer team. After graduating, she moved to Yokohama, Japan where she continued studying Japanese at the Inter-University Center. She also continued playing soccer and snagged the chance to play briefly in the semi-pro L-league for Takatsuki Speranza.
On the weekends, Caroline likes to enjoy life and exercise, getting outside with her family and finding local adventures.
