Ms. Aya Runderkamp is VP of Finance at MGI, and manages the accounting and tax functions of MGI in addition to performing valuations of portfolio companies for financial reporting purposes.

Prior to joining MGI, Ms. Runderkamp was a Manager at KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services Group, where she managed valuation engagements for various purposes including financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and tax planning and reporting for clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Runderkamp is a licensed CPA in the state of California, and holds a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California.
